Helpful staff or volunteers, just would’ve been helpful to have a few more of them and someone at check-in area to direct folks.

HOAX. The call in for the ski swap is a hoax. I called the store at the assigned time and was told Jeremy was too busy and couldn’t talk at that time. I was told that he would call me back in 2 days after the in person sale was finished.
